Program of steps for the integration of equal opportunities
During the pandemic, employers and employees were given the opportunity to remotely raise their expertise on equal opportunities mainstreaming. 2020 In both remote and contact seminars “Recognize Discrimination and Ensure Equal Opportunities”, about 180 participants learned. During the training, participants raised awareness by actively delving into human rights and equal opportunities topics and getting acquainted with tools for integrating equal opportunities.
Another 300 participants joined the e. courses “Equality and the ABCs of non-discrimination ”, in which they were able to examine discriminatory situations independently and at their convenience and learn about the benefits of ensuring equal opportunities.
