The Blueprint for Gender Equality Strategy

Australian Government has released the Gender Equality Strategy Toolkit (GES Toolkit). The GES Toolkit will allow Australian businesses to measure their current level of engagement with workplace gender equality. It provides a blueprint for the development and implementation of gender equality strategies in workplaces.
The GES Toolkit comprises:
• a diagnostic tool, which allows organisations to “score” their current level of engagement with workplace gender equality, and
• a strategy guide, which provides instructions and guidance on how best to develop and implement workplace gender equality strategies.
