Ladies First
Women nowadays have multiple roles, they are mothers, caregivers, employees, and housewives, etc., while they experience those roles at the same time. IASIS NGO and its partners, under the auspices and funding scheme of Erasmus+ of the European Union, conducted a program named “Ladies First” that aims to empower women and promote Gender Equality. Gender Equality in this case is being promoted by training teachers, trainers and counsellors to support women beneficiaries in order to gain the necessary stability in-between working and personal life, especially in the framework of crisis. Through the project’s site, any professional who is interested can access for free a range of tools, materials, methodologies and strategic approaches resources to implement the aforementioned objectives of the project.
