Equity Justice and EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
There are systems in human societies that unfairly diminish certain groups and which have grown over centuries. Some people are unaware of the oppression that these systems perpetuate. To have a more just and equitable world, we need ways of relating which are grounded in profound mutual respect. Equity means affording each person with the opportunity to the support they need — which will be different depending on their lived experiences.
